What is Padle Surf, Stand Up Paddle or SUP?
We can define paddle surfing as a sport in which we slide standing on top of a surfboard on a water surface, propelling ourselves with an oar.
This modality is recognized in many ways: Stand Up Paddle, Stand Up, SUP, Paddle Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Surfing , etc. This experience does not require waves to practice, this is one of its differences from traditional surfing.
To practice it in principle you only need a Paddle Surf board and a paddle; But for greater safety and comfort, other accessories such as helmets, life jackets, neoprene, etc. are recommended.
Who can practice SUP?
Stand Up Paddle Surfing is an activity suitable for practically all ages and physical conditions, in addition to being very easy to learn, and if basic safety rules are followed, it turns out to be a very safe sport, hence the great popularity it has achieved.
It can be practiced in the open sea, rivers, reservoirs, lakes or any other aquatic surface as long as it meets minimum conditions.

What is included?
- Paddle board

- Each group of clients is accompanied by a marine biologist guide who will be in charge of giving an explanation about the ecosystem that will be visited.
What to bring?
You should bring your swimsuits, sunscreen, towels and some snacks.
Minimum age to participate: 14 years
No previous experience is necessary to carry out the activity
Minimum time to make the reservation: 48 hours.
The activity can be done in two sessions:
Morning session
- Pick up at the accommodation: 8:30 am
- Estimated navigation time: 1:30 h (this duration is flexible)
- Return to the accommodation: approximately 12:30 pm
Afternoon Session
- Accommodation pickup: 1:30 p.m.
- Estimated navigation time: 1:30 h (this duration is flexible)
- Return to the accommodation: approximately 5:00 pm
Snorkeling Service
If you are interested, you can snorkel in the activity for an additional cost of 5 USD/EUR per person.
Cancellation policy:
The client can cancel up to the day before the experience. If you cancel on the same day of the experience, you must pay 10 USD/EUR per person
